We're only two days away from the Bangor Authors' Book Fair and Literary Festival! It takes place Saturday, December 13th, from 10:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m at the Bangor Public Library. There are going to be tons of fun panels and live readings throughout the day as well as opportunities to purchase books from the 90+ attending authors. If you're looking for me in particular, here's where I'll be:
10:30 a.m.-11:15 a.m.—Writing for Mental Health Panel
I'll be joining Keith Young, Emma G. Rose, and Morrigan Gaines for a panel about writing and mental health.
11:40 a.m.-11:50 a.m.—Live Reading
I'll be reading an excerpt from Little White Flowers.
10:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.—Table in the 1912 Room
I'll have a table in the 1912 Room all day. During the panels and reading, someone (most likely Brian) will be covering the table for me, but aside from some snack breaks, I plan to be there the rest of the time. Come stop by, say hi, pick up a book if you'd like. The Briar Patch will also be selling copies of Little White Flowers, so if you pick one up from them, you can always bring it to me afterward to get it signed.
There will be tons of other panels and readings going on throughout the day. There will also be free books for kids (while supplies last) and storytime readings, so plenty of fun for the whole family! If you're in the Bangor area or can make it up this way, you won't want to miss it. You can find out the full schedule and the current list of attending authors by checking out the website.
